Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- 1 year of prior relevant experience as a Butler or in food and beverage as a fine dining server or bartender preferred
- Bilingual in Korean or Chinese is preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
- Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have
- Provide food and beverage service to designated suites
- coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times
- Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards
