Job Requirements
- At least two years experience in luxury hospitality setting
- Experience using property management systems or hotel front desk experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to walk, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights
- Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage guest interactions professionally
- Knowledge of local area and hotel facilities
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a sense of arrival by using proper greeting and last name
- Register guests in the property management system
- Escort guests to their rooms with luggage
- Explain room amenities and door lock system
- Offer unpacking and packing services
- Valet guest vehicles
- Provide check-out services including billing and luggage assistance
- Deliver items to guest rooms as needed
- Assist with reservations and manage food and beverage stations
- Maintain clean work areas and furniture arrangements
- Maintain knowledge of facility operations and local attractions
- Respond to special requests and communicate guest issues to supervisors
- Accurately post charges to guest rooms
