Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities
- Ability to maintain effective customer relations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Internet, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of campus history and guest room features
- Knowledge of Winston-Salem city roads, directions, and surrounding areas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet University automobile insurance policy requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide general information regarding room assignments, maintenance, food service, and transportation
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms such as gift baskets
- Assist guests with luggage and arrange reservations, tee times, and appointments
- Track airline changes and confirm flight schedules
- Provide tours of the property sharing its history
- Assist with guest transportation and provide directions
- Maintain fuel levels for fleet vehicles and complete weekly inspection reports
- Communicate with guests and staff via phone, radio, and face-to-face contact
- Complete tickets for billing purposes
