Job Duties
- Meets with managers daily to discuss new admissions, concerns, and changes
- Contacts appropriate departments such as housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance to address resident needs
- Greets and escorts new residents to their apartments, orienting them to the unit and building
- Reviews and follows up on resident needs and requests daily
- Performs quality checks on meals and light maintenance duties when needed
- Acts as liaison between residents and departments to meet overall needs
- Guides residents through their adjustment period and promotes community programs and services
