Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality is preferred
- Food and beverage experience in a fine-dining setting is preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements as requested by guests
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure proper room presentation and cleanliness standards are upheld
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with necessary departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide food and beverage service to designated suites, collaborating with Room Service Manager on duty to ensure accurate order details are communicated and obtained
- Ensure butler pantry is replenished and equipment is in alignment with company standards
- Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, features, and local attractions and activities
