Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or related field
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Experience in a four or five diamond or luxury resort as a Butler, Personal Valet or Personal Coordinator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information and activities
- Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various hotel departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greeting all guests upon arrival and escorting them to their suite
- Explaining facilities, services and attractions available for guests' comfort and pleasure
- Coordinating VIP arrivals and inspecting suites daily with housekeeping management
- Working closely with in-room dining team to prepare and execute VIP amenities
- Assisting guests in unpacking, packing and caring for their wardrobe, including polishing shoes, removing spots, brushing, pressing, minor repairs, and arranging laundry and dry cleaning
- Providing daily documentation to the Executive Housekeeper on special requests, likes and dislikes of each guest and updating guest profiles
- Coordinating special guest requests with Sales, Catering Managers, Casino Host, Player Development staff, Concierge, or other team members and management
