Job Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience required

- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and wine selection
- Ability to operate P.O.S. systems
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls for the purpose of taking food and beverage orders and answer questions for guests using appropriate and approved verbiage
- Input all orders into P.O.S. system
- Ensure suppliers are available in-service area
- Maintain knowledge of entire menu, proper food presentation, and wine selection for upselling of all items, including all F&B outlets
- Advise guest of time for delivery and assist guests if they need expedited service due to an emergency
- Maintain excellent working relationships with other food service employees, such as food servers, runners, bus persons, and help to set up orders, etc.
- Follow strict departmental Standard Operating Procedures, while projecting a warm, friendly, and caring attitude
- Maintain all sanitation and safety standards
- keep track of Butler and appointed Assistant Butler location to help guests receive efficient service
