Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- anticipate and attend to service needs of guests upon arrival
- provide personalized and dedicated service to all assigned suites and guest rooms along with exclusive premium services
- handle guest requests, assisting with logistics and enhancing overall guest experience
- assist with reservations, transportation, and local recommendations to enrich guest experience
- deliver amenities, food, and beverages to guest rooms ensuring service meets high standards
- communicate guest preferences to housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared accordingly
- perform all tasks according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards
- stay informed about hotel operations by reviewing daily event sheets and announcements
- adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor
- complete all required safety training and certifications
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with others supporting team goals
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional while maintaining confidentiality
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
