Job Requirements

  • Hospitality training or certification is a plus
  • prior experience in Concierge Housekeeping Supervisory or Front Office roles preferred
  • must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities or company standards
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • ability to push or pull up to 40 lbs
  • ability to carry up to 15 lbs
  • frequent bending kneeling walking and climbing steps
  • prolonged periods of standing occasional sitting
  • comfortable working in high-energy environment with exposure to bright lights loud noises and smoking areas

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret guest instructions and requests
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in English additional languages are an advantage
  • self-motivated with professional and polished appearance
  • knowledge of hotel services and ability to convey information clearly

Job Duties

  • Greet VIP guests upon arrival and escort them to VIP check-in
  • provide detailed orientation of services and Butler team contact methods
  • ensure arrival rooms meet guest specifications including special requests and amenities
  • manage in-room dining and coffee tea service
  • fulfill requests such as unpacking packing shoeshine laundry dry cleaning and shopping
  • secure restaurant reservations and arrange transportation
  • coordinate excursions and special experiences
  • update guest profiles with new preferences and information
  • maintain clear communication with Casino Hosts VIP Services F and B outlets and third-party vendors
  • assist room attendants with standards and maintain Butler pantries
  • log all guest interactions accurately
  • report engineering issues and ensure timely resolution
  • conduct daily review of VIP occupied rooms and monitor cleaning schedules
  • support room attendants standards including folding of clothes and replenishment of amenities
  • ensure Butler pantries are clean and orderly
  • maintain familiarity with status of rooms to be cleaned
