Job Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule excluding Sundays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills

Job Qualifications

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • Three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their needs and preferences
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed vehicle information
  • Negotiate sales terms and complete sales agreements
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and manufacturers' incentives
  • Coordinate with the sales manager and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and contribute to team sales goals
