Job Requirements

  • Previous working experience as a Butler or Assistant Butler
  • Minimum three years of experience
  • Working knowledge of computers and software used in an office environment
  • Must communicate well and convey information clearly
  • Must be creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle
  • Must consistently exhibit a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work on own
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and bending up to 40 pounds
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming
  • Availability for full-time work with an average of 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to work emergency situations
  • Commitment to high level of customer service

Job Duties

  • Acts as the owner or resident's liaison between all aspects of the association
  • Respect all owner or residents' privacy, information, perspective, priorities, times, and resources
  • Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Attend to owner or resident's personal and domestic needs including escorting to and from the unit and carrying belongings if requested
  • Prepare unit for owner or resident arrival including stocking groceries and conducting wellness checks if approved
  • Service owner or residents and guests with beverage requests in the Grand Lobby
  • Make and confirm reservations for dining, events, youth activities, spa, fitness, and other needs as requested
  • Arrange special requests including airline reservations, transportation, hotel accommodation, event tickets, golf outings, tours, flower and basket delivery
  • Resolve all owner or residents' concerns promptly or escalate to management if needed
  • Conduct services as an ambassador with integrity and professionalism
  • Approach all encounters with gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manners
  • Establish relationships with local merchants and service providers
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Ensure regular attendance and compliance with scheduling
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and approved uniform
  • Maintain professional relationships directly responsible for resident satisfaction
  • Produce required communications to meet association needs
