Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Must be able to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends except Sundays
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in vehicle selection and purchasing process
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Acura vehicles and features
- Present and explain warranty and finance options to customers
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with sales team and management to meet dealership goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor vehicles and market trends
