Job Requirements
- Minimum two years' hotel reservation, guest services, housekeeping, and/or front office experience
- excellent organizational skills

- experience with hotel PMS systems
- knowledge of general office equipment
- college degree preferred
- TABC certified

Job Duties
- Observe guests' personal preferences and anticipate needs using discretion
- act as the link between guest and hotel
- assist with reservations, special requests, room orientation, luggage packing and unpacking, laundry, shoeshine
- gather and record guest preferences for future recognition
- maintain room cleanliness and brand standards
- provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times
- greet guests and escort suite arrivals
- register and update guest information accurately
- offer suite orientation following Forbes, LQA and Rosewood standards
- ensure amenities are arranged and refreshed as per guest wishes
- polish guest shoes and maintain suite cutlery and glassware
- coordinate with front desk for guest check-in and check-out
- deliver mail, packages and messages promptly
- inform housekeeping of cleaning and turn-down schedules
- communicate guest dietary restrictions to relevant departments
- upsell suite upgrades and hotel services
- assist with medical arrangements as needed
- maintain thorough knowledge of suite features and hotel facilities
- handle guest inquiries courteously
- monitor and stock inventory
- maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
- participate in staff meetings and training
- comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
- support other departments as required
- maintain a positive, motivated attitude and high personal grooming standards
- ensure all guest preferences are recorded in the PMS profile
- bid farewell to guests appropriately.
