Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel role preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, bend and reach

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel role preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties

  • Create an environment where guests experience the hotel as a flaneur with curated details
  • tDeliver five-star luxury level service and hospitality to all guests
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and escort them to accommodations with a personal orientation
  • Provide in-room services including unpacking and packing luggage, arranging personal items, and performing shoe shines
  • Assist guests with personal requests such as shopping, appointments, transportation, and special occasion planning
  • Respond to guest communications via phone, email, and text maintaining professionalism
  • Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, collaborating with other hotel departments
  • Recognize repeat guests and VIPs, offering personalized surprise and delight moments
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor public areas to ensure guest and staff safety and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Perform any other assigned duties
