Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel role preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 75 pounds, bend and reach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Job Duties
- Create an environment where guests experience the hotel as a flaneur with curated details
- tDeliver five-star luxury level service and hospitality to all guests
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and escort them to accommodations with a personal orientation
- Provide in-room services including unpacking and packing luggage, arranging personal items, and performing shoe shines
- Assist guests with personal requests such as shopping, appointments, transportation, and special occasion planning
- Respond to guest communications via phone, email, and text maintaining professionalism
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, collaborating with other hotel departments
- Recognize repeat guests and VIPs, offering personalized surprise and delight moments
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor public areas to ensure guest and staff safety and respond to emergencies as needed
- Perform any other assigned duties
