Job Requirements
- Experience working in a forward-facing service position in a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Driver's license with ability to travel locally
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Maintained confidentiality of guest information and activities
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills
- High mindfulness of guest requests, cleanliness, and presentation
- Diligence regarding grounds surrounding Casitas and ability to report housekeeping or maintenance issues
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Strict attention to detail
- Knowledge of local offers, attractions, and town events

Job Duties
- Contact guests prior to arrival and offer pre-arrival services
- Greet guests by name upon arrival and escort them to their Casita
- Initiate beverage and dining services
- Provide property orientation for all Cheeca Lodge facilities and attractions
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Travel locally to fulfill guest requests
- Assist guests with unpacking groceries and laundry services
- Arrange personal services such as hair styling, facials, and massages
- Coordinate housekeeping reports including turndown and maintenance requests
- Execute guest onsite and off-site activities
- Report deficiencies or safety hazards and coordinate maintenance
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and activities
