Job Duties
- coordinate guest logistics including spa services dinner reservations transportation and property exploration
- anticipate and respond to guest needs proactively from arrival to departure
- maintain seamless communication with guests and internal teams to ensure outstanding service
- manage multiple requests simultaneously while upholding high standards
- ensure guests’ experiences are fluid and effortless
- assist guests with special requirements or preferences
- work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
