- Six months related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
- Create a safe workplace and comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain impeccable professional appearance and communications
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Perform additional reasonable job duties as requested
