Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum six months of relevant work experience
  • Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs proactively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 6-months related work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide personalized guest service
  • Commitment to uphold uncompromising service standards

Job Duties

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests from pre-arrival through departure
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and collaborate with other hotel departments
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and respond with personalized solutions
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
  • Maintain professional appearance and communications
  • Engage in physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as requested to ensure exceptional guest service
