Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • be a key member of the guest experience from the moment they walk into The Moore till the moment they complete their stay
  • collaborate with the front desk team to maintain accurate guest records and preferences
  • escort guests to their rooms and provide an orientation of hotel facilities
  • coordinate and execute personalized services requested by guests
  • take on the role of a room inspector to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest preferences and The Moore standards
  • anticipate guests needs as well as potential issues by taking a proactive approach in resolving the problem
  • ensure complete guest satisfaction with all requests and guest experience
