Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and support departments to meet guest needs
  • Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
  • Uphold service standards and company policies consistently
  • Maintain professional appearance and communications
  • Ensure a safe workplace and compliance with operational procedures
  • Handle physical tasks including moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
