- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and support departments to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs
- Uphold service standards and company policies consistently
- Maintain professional appearance and communications
- Ensure a safe workplace and compliance with operational procedures
- Handle physical tasks including moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
