The Moore is a landmark destination located in the prestigious Miami Design District. It is a unique and expansive property consisting of a private members club, a hotel, and a diverse collection of restaurants, retail outlets, exhibition spaces, event venues, and office spaces. - Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service software is a plus
Job Duties
- Be a key member of the guest experience from the moment they walk into The Moore till the moment they complete their stay
- Collaborate with the front desk team to maintain accurate guest records and preferences
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide an orientation of hotel facilities
- Coordinate and execute personalized services requested by guests
- Take on the role of a room inspector to ensure rooms are prepared according to guest preferences and The Moore standards
- Anticipate guests needs as well as potential issues by taking a proactive approach in resolving the problem
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction with all requests and guest experience
- Collaborate and coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively, escalating issues as necessary
- Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Other responsibilities as assigned
