Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of property management systems is desirable but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work varied hours on a casual basis
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping and food service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera is an asset
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Work with GSA to obtain pre-arrival data for advanced preparation of arrangements to maximize positive guest experience
- Maintain complete knowledge of and compliance with departmental services, policies, procedures and standards
- Perform or delegate housekeeping duties as requested including cleanliness, packing, laundry, shoe care and facility preparation
- Perform or delegate food and beverage services such as table setting, beverage service, simple cooking, inventory management and meal assistance
- Perform or delegate concierge services including business services, dining recommendations and reservations, tour planning, floral arrangements, personal shopping, spa and child care arrangements, and transportation coordination
- Ensure guests safety and security on property and provide safety tips for off property activities
- Perform other duties directed by hotel management
