Job Requirements
- availability to work 0-19 hours per week in a casual capacity
- ability to maintain confidentiality and provide discreet, personalized service
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- capability to perform light housekeeping and food service duties
- willingness to assist with concierge and guest service requests
- valid work eligibility

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- proficiency with property management systems such as Opera
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly
- knowledge of local area and attractions considered an asset
- flexibility to work varied hours as required
Job Duties
- work with GSA to obtain pre-arrival guest data including names, ages, flight info and preferences
- maintain knowledge of guest profiles and departmental services, policies and standards
- perform housekeeping duties including cleanliness, laundry, shoe care and suite servicing
- provide food and beverage services such as table setting, beverage serving, cooking simple meals and pantry management
- perform concierge services including dining reservations, tour planning, event assistance and transportation arrangements
- ensure guests' safety and provide safety tips for off property activities
- undertake additional duties as directed by hotel management
