Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 6 months related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and communication
- Ability to provide excellent service under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services for guests from pre-arrival through departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and liaise with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate and act on their needs
- Maintain professional personal appearance and adhere to company policies
- Ensure a safe workplace while performing physical tasks including moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
- Uphold quality standards in service delivery
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
