Job Requirements

- Minimum six months of related work experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must comply with company policies and maintain professional appearance

Job Duties
- Provide personalized and creative service experiences to guests
- Assist guests from pre-arrival through check-in, during their stay, and at checkout

- Build strong relationships with guests by anticipating their needs
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication
