Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Six months related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
  • Verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
  • Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs
  • Act on guest needs where possible
  • Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures
  • Uphold quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications
