Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Six months related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
- Verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
- Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate guest needs
- Act on guest needs where possible
- Create a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures
- Uphold quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications
