- Minimum six months related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
- Collaborate with hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Anticipate and proactively act on guest needs
- Maintain professional personal appearance and communications
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
