Job Duties

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mecha Noodle Bar
  • Support servers and bartenders in providing and fulfilling all Mecha guest’s needs by following the Mecha Steps of Service
  • Always maintain a clean and presentable dining room
  • Maintain guest tables and ensure clean and free of clutter
  • Assist with stocking and restocking product as needed
  • Run food to tables and bar for guests
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed
  • Complete pre-open prep work to ensure readiness for the day
  • Assist in cleaning and closing the restaurant using provided checklists
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the manager
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines while performing tasks and work safely in the front of the house, on stairs, and in kitchen area/coolers
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Coordinate with and assist fellow team members to meet guests’ needs and support the restaurant’s operation
  • Fill-in for fellow teammates where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
