- strong customer service and oral communication skills
- ability to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to balance serving tray on one hand while distributing orders with the other
- ability to carry and set up folding table to support heavy orders
- ability to take customer orders, review customer bills and navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas smoothly
- specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties
- clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station
- wipe tables, chairs and clear debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table
- assist wait staff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware
- maintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity
- retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distribute to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use
- identify and explain all dishes on current menus
- perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters
