Job Requirements

- Basic math skills
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong customer service and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to balance serving tray on one hand while distributing orders
- Ability to carry and set up folding tables for heavy orders
- Ability to take customer orders, review customer bills and navigate dining room, kitchen and other facilities
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Job Duties
- Clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station
- Wipe tables, chairs and clear debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table
- Assist wait staff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity
- Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distribute to each service station to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use
- Identify and explain all dishes on current menus
- Perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters
