Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication skills
  • high degree of organizational skill
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry upwards of 30 pounds
  • punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

Job Duties

  • deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
  • uphold sanitation and food safety principles
  • bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
  • check-in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
  • relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties
  • ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to enjoy their food
  • assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations
  • manage various impromptu requests from customers
