Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication skills
- high degree of organizational skill
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry upwards of 30 pounds
- punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Job Duties
- deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- check-in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties
- ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to enjoy their food
- assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations
- manage various impromptu requests from customers
