Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform required duties
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of organizational skill
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry upwards of 30 pounds
- Punctual with regular and consistent attendance
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check-in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management team and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to enjoy their food
- Assist in setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations
- Manage various impromptu requests from customers
