Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- effective communication skills
- must obtain gaming licensure prior to employment
- background checks including credit, criminal and drug screen
- ability to work in fast-paced, guest-smoking environment

- minimum 6 months experience in high volume food or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure
- knowledge of health and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare dining rooms for use
- clean appropriate areas
- set tables according to procedures
- stock and complete closing duties on time
- clear, clean and reset tables adhering to health and sanitation guidelines
- deliver food orders accurately and timely to guest tables
- assist service team with beverage and food service
- communicate effectively with co-workers
- complete side work as assigned
- perform multiple tasks efficiently
- communicate with guests courteously
- transport beverages and food items safely throughout the location
- perform other duties as assigned
