Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- ability to lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- strong communication skills under pressure
- organizational and prioritization skills
- good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- ability to bend, move quickly, and wipe frequently
- self-motivation and effective time management skills
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older

- previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
- carry and dispose of dishes and trash
- support the restaurant’s overall operations by attending to customer needs
- follow health and safety regulations
- contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
