Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with neat personal appearance
- maintain a friendly and positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- assist in preparing the kitchen for first serve
- verify that food and beverage orders are complete before leaving the kitchen
- deliver orders to the correct section, row, and seats in a timely manner
- provide condiments, cutlery, and other requested items
- end transactions in a positive way such as saying thank you or enjoy the game
- maintain high standards of friendly guest service
- work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
- maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- communicate with supervisors and management
- comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- show flexibility by rotating to other service locations as necessary
- perform other tasks assigned by management
