Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with a neat and clean appearance
- maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- assist in ensuring the kitchen is prepared for first serve
- verify that completed orders are accurate before leaving the kitchen
- deliver food and beverage orders to the correct section, row, and seats promptly
- provide desired condiments, cutlery, and other necessary items
- conclude transactions positively with guests
- maintain high standards of friendly guest service
- work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium
- keep the work area clean, neat, and safe
- communicate effectively with supervisors and Legends Management
- comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- show flexibility to rotate to other service locations when necessary
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
