Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to obtain California Food Handlers Certification
- Must be able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) alcohol Certification
- Must be willing to work varying hours based on event schedules
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain a neat and clean personal appearance
- Must adhere to scheduled event times and company uniform standards

Job Duties
- Report for scheduled events on time in proper uniform with neat personal appearance
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
- Assist in preparing the kitchen for first serve
- Verify completed orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure nothing is missing or extra
- Deliver orders to correct section, row, and seats in a timely manner
- Provide desired condiments, cutlery, and other necessities
- End transactions positively by thanking guests or providing friendly remarks
- Maintain high standards of guest service
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management
- Comply with company service standards and inventory control procedures
- Rotate to other service locations when necessary
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
