As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, you will help create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. Physical stamina is important in this role, as you will be required to stand for extended periods, move throughout the restaurant, and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety principles is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability and attention to detail
