Job Requirements
- meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Duties
- greet every guest in the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure cutlery and condiments are on the table
- refill drinks and remove used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests when ready in the pass
- assist servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- separate items in the dishwashing area
