Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates
- must be able to safely use a ladder
- authorized to work in the U S
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- strong work ethic
- willingness to work as part of a team
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and guest service skills
Job Duties
- Support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables
- refill beverages
- polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from the kitchen to tables ensuring accuracy and presentation
- utilize technology efficiently for food pick up and drop off service
- ensure cleanliness of restaurant areas including gaming and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures
- provide friendly and attentive service
- uphold safety and sanitation principles
- collaborate with team members for efficient service
- work in indoor and outdoor environments
- perform other duties as assigned
