Job Duties
- Receive each customer at the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure cutlery and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
- Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleaning regulations
- Remove dishes from tables, reset the table, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the dishwashing area
