Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours during a shift
- Capability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Greet every customer in our restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refill beverages and remove used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to customers when ready in the hallway
- Provide assistance to servers with customer needs as necessary
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness regulations
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
