Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Capability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Welcome every guest to the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare station for the shift
- Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and remove used dishes and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
- Assist servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clear dishes from tables, reset tables, clean seating and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dish area
