Job Duties
- Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure that cutlery and condiments are on the table
- refill drinks and remove used dishes and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests when ready from the pass
- assist servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
- clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- separate items in the sink area
