Job Requirements
- must meet minimum age requirement and be legally authorized to work in the united states
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant environment is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- ability to follow instructions and work within a team
- knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- greet every guest in the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests when ready on the service line
- assist servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- clear tables, reset and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- separate items in the dish area
