Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask effectively
- Willingness to comply with all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent physical stamina and endurance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Greet each guest at the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure that utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill beverages and clear used plates and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation rules
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the dish area
