Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
  • capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work well within a team with attention to detail
  • capable of multitasking in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • customer-oriented attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest with a smile upon arrival
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure cutlery and condiments are on the table
  • refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
  • deliver hot food to guests from the pass when ready
  • provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
  • follow all food safety and cleanliness policies
  • clear tables, reset them, and clean seats and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • separate items in the dishwashing area
