Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work well within a team with attention to detail
- capable of multitasking in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- customer-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a smile upon arrival
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure cutlery and condiments are on the table
- refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests from the pass when ready
- provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness policies
- clear tables, reset them, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- separate items in the dishwashing area
