Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
  • teamwork skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
  • prepare the station for the shift
  • ensure silverware and condiments are set on the tables
  • refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
  • deliver hot food to customers when it is ready in the pass
  • assist servers with guests as needed
  • follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
  • clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
  • communicate table availability
  • separate items in the dishwashing area
