Job Requirements
- must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates
- must be able to safely use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- strong work ethic
- willingness to work as part of a team
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- support the restaurant and bar operations
- clear, clean, and reset tables
- refill beverages
- polish silverware
- assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- run food orders from kitchen to tables ensuring accuracy and presentation
- utilize technology for food pick-up and delivery
- ensure cleanliness of restaurant areas including gaming areas and restrooms
- restock service stations and restrooms
- assist with opening and closing procedures including cleaning and setting up furniture
- provide friendly and attentive service to guests
- uphold safety and sanitation principles
- collaborate with other team members
- work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- perform other duties as assigned
