Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Must have physical stamina and endurance for the demands of the job
- Capability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Receive every guest in our restaurant with a smile
- Prepare station for the shift
- Ensure utensils and condiments are on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used plates and glassware
- Carry hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Separate items in the dishwashing area
